Good nutrition comes from nutritious ingredients. My philosophy is that seasonal, fresh, organic, locally grown and locally prepared food provides the foundation to a healthful lifestyle.
My menu changes weekly according to the season and availability.
As a former Registered Nurse, Public Health Nurse and Health Educator I have witnessed the detrimental effects of increasing disease on my fellow man. One great obstacle for many is access to home cooked, healthful and portable meals that meet their nutritional needs.
With additional education: Certified Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition and Certified Master Chef, I have made it my mission over the last decade to share my passion for food with others so that they too may regain vitality.
